Rates:

$125 per session. Sliding scale offered.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, there is a $50 no-show fee.

Payment:

Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida is accepted.
